The middle ring of Clockwork City was full of towns, full of boring, boring people, looking for any excitement. So, when Perficientur Civitatem appeared almost out of thin air, all people could do was chatter. The bustling golden noisy city was full of the Talented, just waiting for an Audience. Once they entered the Our City all their worries washed away in the Noise. The Show stops for none.
