Melbourne Young Writers’ Studio has an expansive array of creative writing courses for kids, teens and schools in Melbourne and online – accessible to everyone in Australia and beyond.
Fun, immersive and brimming with creative magic, MYWS programs are designed to inspire the next generation of storytellers and equip them with the skills and confidence to articulate their ideas and imagination through the craft of story.
Our programs are led by practicing writers (screenwriters, novelists, journalists and more), and our beautiful spaces, both online and in person, are a sanctuary for imagination and expression.
Our very popular school holiday programs are the perfect place for kids and teens to be inspired and have lots of creative fun, while our weekly programs offer tailored guidance and opportunities for publication! All of our programs are woven with a sense of play and wonder that offer young writers the chance to reflect, learn and share.
